Tutorial - Straight Line to Circle

I had a request for a "how-to" for some circular frames I make from borders in some of my kits. It is really quite easy but you need Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to do it.  This is how:

    I use PSE13. I viewed the video and was lost. I came back to your graphic, read it twice, and then tried it. Wow! It worked great for the most part! (It left an itty-bitty gap where the two ends joined.) I tried a very different tut approach for this in the past and it always left a huge gap regardless of any adjustment I tried. Thank you for posting this! I would love to see more tips if you ever want to share more.
